Love Is In The Air – And In My Kitchen

It’s Valentine’s week! Yay! I should temper this by saying I’m not actually someone who gets ridiculously into V-Day and expects earth shattering love gestures. But I am a girl and I do get pretty excited about anything that’s fun and festive.

We’ll be sharing a nice dinner at home on Thursday and I’ve been trying to think of not only what we can to eat, but some cute homemade gift ideas too! I thought I’d share some of this inspiration with you…

So tell me… do you celebrate Valentine’s Day? What are your plans this year?

I’m rather excited to introduce you to today’s featured sponsor – meet Nicole from Probably Polka Dots

Nicole’s blog has one of the cutest names I’ve heard of (hello, who doesn’t love polka dots!) and I have to say, it’s one super fun place to hang out! Like this coming week, Nicole is hosting an online jewelry party with Charles Emerson Designs! They have some gorgeous bling and not only will you get 10% off, but everyone who makes a purchase also has the chance to win a free pair of earrings. Definitely my kind of party!

I’ve come to adore Nicole’s style, it’s classic, colorful and fun. I’m also kind of obsessed with the genius gift ideas and fashion inspiration she creates. Like these gorgeous jewels accompanied by sayings like “Paris is always a good idea” and “Wear sequins to breakfast” – Nicole, I couldn’t agree with you more!

If you haven’t discovered Probably Polka Dots yet, make your way over there – I guarantee it’ll be a fun start your week! I’m sure Nicole would love you to go say hi on Twitter, or you can always take a peek at what she’s up to on Instagram!

P.S  I’ve also linked this up to YOLO Mondays!
