Today I wanted to put the spotlight on how to eat healthy and make better food choices, this thinking all started as I’m heading off on a cruise to celebrate my birthday (yay!). Cruises are one of my all time favorite vacations, I have so many happy family cruise memories and always enjoy how easy it is to discover and explore new places (you unpack once and wake up in a new city each day). Are any of you cruisers too?

Whether you’re a fellow cruise lover or yet to embark on a voyage, I’m sure you know about the one thing cruises are renowned for… 24 hour food. Want a club sandwich with fries at midnight? No problem, they’ll bring you one to your room quick as a flash. Feel like a three-course feast every night? Done.

So this got me thinking, what are some ways you can still indulge but make better choices? These are some simple suggestions about how to eat healthy and swap yourself skinny!
