The 2019 Grammy’s Red Carpet fashion didn’t disappoint. This awards show is famous for over the top dresses and costume-like outfits. I’ve rounded up the biggest looks of the night and would love to hear your thoughts.

Style Sessions – 2019 Golden Globes Fashion

The 2019 Golden Globes fashion didn’t disappoint. I’m so excited awards season has officially kicked off and love watching the red carpet arrivals and interviews. Did you see the Golden Globes? I watched the E! coverage and they did a walk-through of the whole carpet before the show. I loved watching this, it was interesting to see the actual length of the red carpet… it’s insane! I think they said it was over three football fields long and had so many check-points and interview sections.

I’m sharing the most notable looks of the 2019 Golden Globe Awards fashion. From Emily Blunt in custom Alexander McQueen, to Regina King in a dazzling Alberta Ferretti, there were some show-stopping dresses. I loved when Kaley Cuoco mentioned how excited she was that her gown had pockets – yes! Secret pockets in a dress is always something I get excited about too, are you the same?

Oh and Julia Roberts! I loved her elegant pantsuit – it was a perfect blend of this style she is known for, mixed with a dose of Hollywood glamour for the occasion.

Style Sessions – Royal Wedding Outfits: Best Dressed List

Who watched Prince Harry and Meghan Markle say ‘I Do!’ on the weekend? I loved all the arrivals, people watching and of course, the royal fashion. Let’s talk about the Royal Wedding Outfits Best Dressed List!

What did you think of Meghan Markle’s dress? I liked how clean, crisp and elegant it was, but I must admit I wanted more. When Kate Middleton married Prince William, she looked like absolute royalty from head to toe. I know it was rumored Meghan didn’t want to upstage Kate, but I just felt she could have tailored the dress a little more to execute the look flawlessly. Her incredible cathedral length veil though! Wow.

My top pick for the Royal Wedding Best Dressed List? It is absolutely Amal Clooney in Stella McCartney. Amal looked incredible, the marigold color is very on-trend and was stunning on her. Lady Kitty Spencer, who is Princess Diana’s niece, looked beautiful in Dolce & Gabbana.

Awards season continues and today I wanted to dive into the best SAG Awards Red Carpet Fashion. Fresh off the ‘Hollywood Blackout’ at the 2018 Golden Globes, the SAG Awards Red Carpet style didn’t follow a particular theme. With lots of gorgeous metallics, sequins, embellishments and prints being worn, the color trend of the night was a very pale pink.

Style Sessions: Golden Globes Fashion – Hollywood Blackout

I love seeing celebrity style during awards season and it all kicks off with the Golden Globes fashion. This year was always going to be a different vibe given the recent Hollywood scandals coming to light and the much needed spotlight on equality not just in the film industry, but all sectors the world over. With many celebrities bringing prominent activists as their date for the awards, along with the Time’s Up movement at the forefront and the ‘Hollywood Blackout’ on the red carpet, the 2018 Golden Globes certainly had a different tone.

Just before we move into style talk, how amazing is Oprah Winfrey? I loved her speech at the Golden Globes, it was so captivating and powerful.

Now getting into red carpet fashion, I love a classic LBD (Little Black Dress) and it was amazing to see so many different takes on this style staple. Here’s a round up of my favorite looks from the Hollywood blackout 2018 Golden Globes red carpet…
