As the weather gets cold outside, there are few things I love more than snuggling into a cozy sweater. I wanted to share three of my fave sweater weather outfits with you, each styled with leather pants and a leather skirt. The leather keeps you extra warm and adds a cool street style vibe, plus it means you can easily mix and match the sweaters.

I love this blush sweater and leather skirt outfit! My Blush Pink Sweater has been on major repeat, it’s so cozy and comfy – the ruffles are such a fun touch! I recently wore it with this Black Leather Skirt in New York and found it was the perfect balance of style and comfort.

A great tip for creating a flattering look when wearing fall and winter clothes is keeping the outfit proportions balanced. So if you have a loose and cozy sweater, style it with a more fitted bottom half – like this leather pencil skirt or skinny jeans. Every girl also needs a pair of nude heels in her closet, they literally work with everything and make styling outfits so easy! Style Sessions: How to Wear a Black and White Striped Dress for Fall

I’m delighted to share how to wear a black and white striped dress outfit. I bought this I.N.C. Striped Faux-Wrap High-Low Dress when I was in New York for Fashion Week last fall and have never had a dress that gets so many compliments. People have been literally stopping me on the street, in stores and restaurants, at hotels… all very kindly saying how beautiful this dress is and asking where it was from.

Naturally, I need to share it with you too! After all, you’re THE most important people to get the scoop on my fashion finds. What I think makes this dress extra special is the high-low hem and that when you walk it gently floats behind. It moves perfectly and makes you feel so feminine. The cut is super flattering too, the dress cinches just below the bust and effortlessly falls down.

As a long sleeve dress, it is amazing for fall and winter – just add a leather jacket! The material is still light, so you could definitely wear it in spring and summer. I wore it on some very hot New York days… but it works equally well when the weather is colder.

I styled the dress with White Sneakers, which I think gives it a cool street style vibe. However, I’ve also worn it with pretty sandals when I had a day filled with events and meetings. So you can probably pick up on the fact I’ve honestly lived in this I.N.C. Striped Faux-Wrap High-Low Dress. It was also packed for our Alaskan cruise adventure last year, being so versatile, it’s a perfect vacation dress.

Style Sessions – Free People Leopard Dress

As soon as I saw this Free People leopard dress, it was love at first sight! It’s a perfect fall dress, the long sleeves make it easy to wear and the cut-out back shows just the right amount of skin.

This Free People dress also has pockets! I always get excited when I find a dress with hidden pockets, do you love this too? The material has a silky feel, so it’s also beautiful to wear.

I have dressed mine both up and down, wearing it with heels for a few evening dinners and events – every girl needs a fabulous pair of black heels. Then during the day, I paired this Free People leopard dress with sandals. I’ve also styled it with my black leather jacket, which gives the outfit a very cool vibe.

Leopard is a major trend for fall and everyone has been wearing it – so trust me, invest in a stylish leopard dress this season and you’ll wear it constantly.

I always love finding new casual outfit ideas and this is one of my favorite looks for any time of year. I think the key to creating a stylish and sophisticated casual outfit is mixing polished pieces like this a tailored blazer and Chanel handbag, with relaxed pieces like distressed light blue jeans, a white cotton tee and white sneakers.

When choosing a pair of jeans for this casual vibe, a pair of light blue denim jeans will always look more relaxed and effortless than a darker denim.

Isn’t it great when you order new clothes online and when they arrive, they’re perfect and you fall in love with them? This happened to me last week and I got this Spiritual Gangster Matya Sweater on sale and also these 7 For All Mankind High Waist Slim Jeans half price. The tie dye sweater is so comfy – it’s definitely got an easy, effortless and cool vibe.

I also love these Frye Ivy White Leather Sneakers, they were a bit of a splurge but with the amount I wear white sneakers, I think they’ve been absolutely worth it. They’re a great cut and style, they aren’t big and bulky (so don’t make your foot look big and because they’re well cut). I wear them with everything… jeans and shorts, plus they are perfect to wear with dresses too.

These 7 For All Mankind High Waist Slim Jeans in Desert Sun Bleached are a great alternative to white jeans. The denim color is fresh and light, but a little more laid back than white jeans.

I found the sweater, jeans and sneakers all run true to size. I got them all on sale and there’s not many left, so if you like them as much as I do, snap them up (there’s free delivery and returns too).

Simple classic style is always my favorite, so I love wearing a white jeans and peplum top outfit! I really believe that “simplicity is the ultimate form of sophistication”.

These J.Crew Toothpick Jeans are my absolute favorite white jeans. I searched high and low for years to find thick white jeans that aren’t see-through. Honestly, these are the best white jeans! With almost 140 five-star reviews, clearly I’m not alone in my obsession. They fit true to size, have just the right amount of stretch (so they’re actually really comfy) and when you wash them, they come back beautifully to their original shape. They’re also currently 30% off on sale!

Style Sessions: Summer Floral Maxi Dress in Soho

My love affair with maxi dresses continues… I just can’t get enough! This Yumi Kim summer floral maxi dress has all the right style vibes, as I am a huge fan of floral pieces that aren’t too feminine. A key to keeping it chic is choosing darker floral colors – it keeps your look sophisticated and “grown up” (sometimes I think floral can be too little girl-ish if it’s overly pink and “pretty”).

This is from a day in Soho, New York outside the Little Cupcake Bakeshop. It’s one of my favorite bakeries in the city and only a block from one of my best friends’ apartments (it’s a little too convenient – on girls nights in, we’ve often wound up both bringing cupcakes… and obviously you have to eat them all!)

Easy and effortless outfits are essential for any summer wardrobe and I have to say, a classic combo of denim shorts and a stripe tee is the best summer outfit. It’s also perfect to pack on vacation! I always find myself wearing a combo of maxi dresses and then denim shorts and stripe shirts when we’re away. You can pack a million things, but I often laugh as I reach for the same few pieces each day… do you ever do the same? You can’t go past classic navy and white stripes with denim can you!
