I hope you all enjoyed the most wonderful Christmas! I can’t believe it’s over already… it’s my absolute favorite time of year. There’s just something so magical about it! Now it’s all about New Years Eve – what do you have planned? We’re spending a fun evening with friends at a beach house, just a low key dinner and some champs, of course.

I wanted to flash back to one of my favorite winter outfits today, it’s one of my most pinned looks and never goes out of style. I adore wearing this colored wool coat – it makes such a nice change from black, but is still a classic hue that is easy to match with staple colors and a little more fun that all-black head to toe. This Michael Kors coat is also 100% wool, so it’s incredibly warm and beautiful to wear. I really believe it’s worth investing in a quality wool coat and remember, the higher the wool or cashmere content, the warmer it will be.
