If you’re looking for a casual spring outfit idea, this is one of my favorites! A classic pair of white jeans and a floaty boho top will always bring the right vibe to weekend outfits or beach vacation style. I find when the weather isn’t quite hot yet, white jeans are great for season transition outfits and give a pretty summer feel, but still keep you comfortable day or night.

It’s SPRING BREAK! If you’re planning a vacation, here’s your style guide on what to pack for Spring Break. These pieces are so easy to wear and instantly bring that easy, breezy free vibe that vacations are all about. The trick to the best Spring Break style is choosing pieces you can mix and match, throw on and go from brunch to beach to bar.

Growing up, I always looked forward to this time of year – a break from school, lots of sunshine with the ones I love most and no care in the world!

I love minimalist outfit style, the neutral tones are on-trend and as it usually includes classic pieces, it’s always going to be in fashion. The ultimate minimalist fashion colors are grey, black, white and nude. It’s really easy to try minimalist style, as the simplicity actually makes getting dressed easier and because of the neutral tones, you can mix and match them.

One of my favorite minimalist outfits is a Grey Sweater, black Paige Transcend Verdugo Skinny Jeans (on sale!) and Stuart Weitzman Over The Knee Boots. It’s perfect for season transitional dressing, as the loose knit sweater is light and airy, but the OTK boots and jeans still keep you warm. So, this look is fabulous for taking you from afternoon into evening!

Just because minimalist fashion is clean and simple, that doesn’t mean it’s boring! Adding some ultra stylish accessories is a great way to elevate your look a little more. I love adding my Chanel Shoulder Bag to outfits and Celine Sunglasses are a fabulous choice for injecting instant cool to any look.

Friday Faves – 11 Of The Best Shows On Netflix

I wanted to share the best shows on Netflix, these series are all super popular with high ratings and are my own absolute favorites! So, the big question is, what did we all do before Netflix? Seriously. I love having endless tv shows and movies to watch with one click of the remote.

It’s also great having some tv shows my husband Chris and I can watch together, we’ve been loving The OA, You and Schitts Creek (this show is so funny!).

It’s also great being able to watch older tv series that when they were actually airing for whatever reason I never got into or missed a bunch of seasons and episodes. So, in recent months I have watched Pretty Little Liars and The Vampire Diaries from the very beginning. I loved having so many seasons of these to enjoy!

The OA

Chris (my husband) and I were telling friends they have to watch this show the other week and they asked what it was about… we were like, umm we actually can’t even begin to describe it – you just HAVE to watch it. “Seven years after vanishing from her home, a young woman returns with mysterious new abilities and recruits five strangers for a secret mission”. Stranger Things

If you haven’t seen Stranger Things yet, what have you been doing? This ultra popular show is completely addictive (my Mom even stayed up until 3am the night she started watching it after our recommendation, she just couldn’t stop!). I’ve heard season three will finally be released this year, it’s been a long wait. “When a young boy vanishes, a small town uncovers a mystery involving secret experiments, terrifying supernatural forces and one strange little girl”. Jane The Virgin

I didn’t watch this show for ages, as I wasn’t sure I’d like it… well, I LOVE it. The show completely hooks you in (I mean, just watch the trailer below…), the narrator is so funny and Rafael certainly isn’t bad eye candy. “After vowing to remain chaste until marriage, Jane Villanueva learns she’s pregnant due to a medical slip-up and has to rethink her future”. My husband and I totally binge watched this stalker thriller and I found it incredibly creepy! There are definitely some moments that make your skin crawl. Counting down until season two! “Obsessed with an aspiring writer, a charming bookstore manager goes to extreme measures to insert himself into her life”. Watch You >

The Good Place

I was a little apprehensive about watching this show, thinking it might have been a bit heavy… but wow, was I wrong! This is a fabulous show and such fun to watch. There’s a few seasons and I highly recommend this as a light, feel good show to enjoy. “Due to an error, self-absorbed Eleanor Shellstrop arrives at the Good Place after her death. Riverdale

The first season is probably my favorite so far, but each has an evolving mystery that really hooks you in! The series has been incredibly successful and with great characters and episodes, it keeps you coming back. “While navigating the troubled waters of sex, romance, school and family, teen Archie and his gang become entangled in a dark Riverdale mystery”. Queer Eye

They have done an amazing job on the remake of this show and casting! Every member chosen are amazing and the makeovers are pretty wonderful. Season three just came out and it’s their best yet – it totally made me cry watching some of the makeovers! Jonathan Van Ness is my fave, he’s so fun and fabulous. “Grab some tissues! Santa Clarita Diet

I wasn’t sure about this show at first, it’s a little crazy and wasn’t what I was expecting – but it’s fun and entertaining viewing that keeps me coming back season after season. “They’re ordinary husband and wife realtors until she undergoes a dramatic change that sends them down a road of death and destruction. The Vampire Diaries

I didn’t see many of the episodes when the show was actually running, but came across it on Netflix a few months ago and decided to watch it all the way through from the very beginning. I loved doing this! It’s so good when you get completely HOOKED on a show and have 8 seasons that you can binge watch! So for other fans, are you team Damon or Stefan? Pretty Little Liars

This was another super popular series that I never watched at the time… but recently came across it on Netflix and binge watched every season. I LOVED this show! I love this casual spring weekend outfit! It’s classic and easy with a Navy and White Stripe Top and blue denim ripped jeans – two things every girl needs in her wardrobe! With the weather still cool, adding a fur vest over the top keeps you warm but also adds an extra level of on trend style.

I’ve worn this look with nude heels, which is fab for taking an outfit from day to night – perfect effortless style for a date. I have also styled this outfit with white leather sneakers, which have been brilliant for running around New York during the day. It’s a fab outfit to dress up or down and with these classic pieces and neutral colors, it’s a look that will always be in style.

I love finding a great book, there’s nothing better than curling up and getting lost for hours. I’ve been hunting for some more great books this week and wanted to share my round up of Amazon’s Best Selling Books with you. These are 15 books I’ve personally selected from Amazon’s top books that I think you’ll love – some I’ve read, a few I got this week and the rest are on my reading list after that.

What sort of books do you like to read? I enjoy reading celebrity biographies, I’m currently reading This Will Only Hurt A Little by Busy Phillips. I also read anything from Sophie Kinsella, she is my favorite author for fun, light reads that just make you happy. Sophie Kinsella is the author of the Confessions of a Shopaholic book series (which I love!) and Can You Keep A Secret? and I’ve Got Your Number are also two of my faves she writes. They’re brilliant vacation reads!

A few other books that have insanely good reviews and I look forward to reading soon are The Nightingale (this one has over 38,100 five-star reviews!) and Where The Crawdads Sing (this one has over 7,650 five-star reviews and is Reese Witherspoon’s Book Club pick). I also love Is Everyone Hanging Out Without Me? by Mindy Kaling for a fun and funny read!

A green spring dress is a fabulous addition to any wardrobe! It’s perfect for this gorgeous time of year, where we’ll all be out enjoying more brunches, lunches, dinners and events with family and friends. Because I really like to have a stylish dress that’s easy to just slip on and leave the house, this green floral dress is one of my favorites, it’s so quick to get ready (and my husband also loves that!).

As it’s a wrap style dress, the shape is really flattering for any figure, as you can cinch the waist in to your liking. I’m also a big fan of a pretty green spring dress that you simply swap the shoes and bag with to dress up or down.
