I am excited to share another element of our wedding with you today, our beautiful wedding styling! I love this part, as it really is what sets the mood and vibe of the day. It’s all about the details and little touches that bring your vision to life!

Before I started planning my wedding, I always imagined having something outdoors. However, when it came to planning my own the reality set it… and that is you can’t control the weather! So my search for a beautiful church that would allow me to bring the outside in began. I also wanted to mix a fresh garden vibe with a romantic, warm and elegant feel. I’ve always been a big fan of juxtaposing elements and weaving in the unexpected. I was thrilled with how our beautiful wedding styling turned out… the opulence of chandeliers mixed with the grass aisle and fresh picked flowers, the topiary trees and candle-lit fireplace.

I adored all the little details and was so thankful to the amazing team at WOW Weddings for making my vision a reality. They were supremely organised and executed the set-up of our ceremony and reception flawlessly. Plus, they were just so nice to deal with – they made everything so easy and such a fun experience.

Our Beautiful Wedding Styling

We love the warm glow the candle-lit fireplace gave to the room, it exuded such a romantic feel and it was beautiful to stand beside this and say our vows. It also provided a gorgeous backdrop for photos…

The details were perfection and I really appreciated the attention to detail Zoran and the team at WOW Weddings put into creating an amazing space for our ceremony. As a busy bride in the lead up to the wedding, it was brilliant to know I could count on them to do what they said and nothing was a problem. On the day, they arrived on time to set-up the ceremony and reception, ensuring everything was just as we had discussed and I’m a very particular person… it was such a great feeling to know the WOW Weddings team understood my vision and executed it flawlessly.

One of my favourite photos from the reception. Capturing our first dance as husband and wife was made even more perfect with the beautiful wedding reception styling, how fun are the giant illuminated LOVE letters – a fabulous back drop to the dance floor!

The flower centerpieces on the tables gave the whole room such an elegant feel when you walked in. A lot of our guests commented how beautiful they were and it really set the scene and gave a wow factor when people arrived.

Again, I wanted to mix elements of high and low, the exposed reclaimed wood tables and tall gold flower centerpieces worked beautifully together. For me, I like things to appear effortless and not be overly styled. This balance combined with tea light candles, scattered gold heart chocolates, crisp white linen napkins and a fun menu card set was just perfect for the elegant, relaxed vibe we wanted for the reception.

I really do believe in sharing the great work of others and love to endorse amazing companies. I rely on reviews and referrals for everything, and when it came to planning our wedding, finding incredible suppliers was the key to having our day run so smoothly.
