A huge workout wear trend has been neutral stylish activewear! Over the last six months, I have completely over-hauled my health, fitness, general wellness and associated mindset in a big way. Through all this, I ended up losing 28lbs (13kg) and gained a level of fitness and feeling of wellness that I’ve honestly never had before in my life. I’ll be starting a new series called Wellness Wednesday on here – kicking off this coming Wednesday – where I’ll be sharing my journey to healthier living, what I’ve learned, what I’ve done that has worked, plus recipes and tips.
It’s not just about working out to lose weight, the focus has really been about true wellness and good health, so it’s been a total mind and body transformation.
Question… I’d really like to know what you think of the new Wellness Wednesday series I’m starting – are the areas of health, wellness, fitness, meditation and nourishing foods of interest to you?
I must admit, a great motivator has been stylish activewear! There’s something about a cute workout outfit that inspires you to get out there and move. Plus, when you have highly functional and comfy leggings, tops and running shoes, it makes the whole experience so much better.
TREND – NEUTRAL ACTIVEWEAR:
Neutrals are a major trend in fashion everywhere. So, it’s all about shades of clean white, blush pink, rose quartz, beige, plus everybody’s favorite… grey. Previously, I’d always go for the default black tights. But now I wear lighter colors and find it so easy to put together activewear outfits that actually look good enough to wear from workout to brunch, to errands… and confession… sometimes even a casual dinner.
What are your thoughts on neutral activewear? Do you love these colors too? What sort of outfit do you like to wear when you workout?I am definitely all about full length leggings, a cute sports bra and a tank top.

I never spend much money on my work out wear, I should buy some cuter pieces but I hate spending money on something I’m sweating in! I love all these pretty pieces!
xo,
Kellyann
I love all the pieces of workout gear that you have selected. Indeed, I know I feel much more motivated to work out when I am wearing a cute outfit.
I love all the blush pink active wear… so pretty. Congrats on loosing that weight and getting healthy. I’d definitely be interested in a wellness wed series. I’m really trying to overhaul my eating habits and fitness, but am not making much progress.
Congratulations on your weight loss—that’s awesome! I love those colorblocked leggings too—hopefully they’ll motivate me to do the same! 😉

Oh, I love all these pretty workout pieces! I am with Kellyann though, I don’t like to spend a ton on workout wear, but I do like to look cute and feel confident wearing it. I say absolutely stick with a health and wellness series. It is always interesting to see what others are doing to maintain wellness!
