I love the clean, fresh look of spring neutral outfits. They’re effortless, stylish and the best part is – because they’re all in neutral tones – it is easy to mix-and-match and create so many outfits with the same few pieces.
I’ve become more drawn to light neutral colors – crisp white, tan, camel, grey and blush. Of course, this doesn’t mean you can’t incorporate a print! In fact, the ultimate neutral pattern is leopard print.
Would you wear a spring neutral outfit? Do you like these lighter, more gentle colors? They’re a major trend … but I don’t even like saying they’re a “trend”, because it’s actually just classic style that never dates.
I’d love to hear what you think of my neutral outfit ideas below, leave a comment and let me know! Which piece is your favorite?
I personally LOVE this Shiraleah Marina Woven Circle Crossbody Bag – the tassels are so fun and it’s under $50! I also adore wearing a white-on-white outfit with tan accessories – this J.Crew Linen Perfect Shirt, with this Joe’s Jeans The HR Pencil Skirt and Steve Madden Irenee Ankle Strap Sandals (under $80 and 450 five-star reviews!) would be such a crisp, fresh outfit for spring an summer. I wore a look like that this week, except with white jeans… and I got a lot of compliments!
I hope you all enjoy a beautiful weekend ahead! I’ll be running errands and doing some health / wellness appointments on Saturday morning, followed by an afternoon with family on a little road trip to the countryside. Then Saturday night is a fun date night my my husband, Chris – we’ll probably go for dinner (Mexican, of course!) and see a movie. On Sunday, I’ve got breakfast with two of my closest friends at a great cafe… followed by a little shopping!
Thank you so much for being here, it really does mean a lot to me. I’ve been blogging around seven years now and showing up here for each other every week to share and connect – I’m truly grateful for you, your support and friendship! Xx
